Diesel Technician
Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; keeping records.
Duties:
- Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged components.
- Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; controlling corrosion; completing winterization procedures.
- Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
- Verify vehicle performance by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
- Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
- Comply with OEM warranty guidelines as it pertains to proper diagnostic and repair of a vehicle.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have technical school training or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Must have own tools.

Service Writer/Asst. Service Manager
Duties:
This position consists of managing diesel technicians, scheduling customer repairs, communicating with customers regarding repairs to their trucks, entering repair work into the computer, and cooperating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have experience managing a team of technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Must have knowledge of how a shop functions, with past mechanical experience preferred but not mandatory. Truck experience strongly recommended.
- Must be a good communicator. Must be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers. Must be able to communicate with sales, warranty, and parts departments regularly and contribute to our overall efforts as a company.
- Must be a leader with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn our business system.

Warranty Administrator
The warranty administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims to ensure the dealership is paid for work in an accurate and timely fashion. This process includes preparing, recording, reconciling, submitting, and following up on claims. The administrator interacts regularly with customers, service technicians and managers, the parts department, and sales associates. They are also responsible for coordinating with vendors and manufacturers to ensure receipt of replacement parts, schedule warranty appointments, and educate customers.
Duties:
- Quickly and efficiently process all warranty claims
- Handle and resolve claim corrections and chargebacks
- Review claims to ensure proper procedures have been followed
- Follow up with claims to ensure proper customer and dealer compensation and to mitigate any disputes
- Provide status updates to service and parts managers as needed
- Assist staff and customers with any warranty questions
- Attend training courses as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to confront and resolve difficult customer service situations
- General computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Word, Excel, and Outlook – and a willingness to learn internal software

Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Greet and direct customers entering the building

Parts Counter Sales
The Parts Counter Salesperson is responsible for selling inventory to customers and providing the mechanics with any products necessary to complete their repair.  The salesperson will perform a variety of customer service, in store, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s parts department.
Duties/Skills/Qualifications:
- Fill customer and mechanic orders from stock
- Read catalogs or computer displays in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices
- Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
- Prepare sales invoices
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
- Take inventory of stock
- Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money
- Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to company specifications
- Discuss use and features of various parts, based upon knowledge of equipment
- Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functioning

Accounts Payable
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a good work ethic and great attention to detail to fill our accounts payable position. This position is responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of payments to vendors, along with some receivable and Human Resource duties to support the accounting department.
Duties:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
- Reconcile vendor statements; research and correct discrepancies
- Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks, and distribute checks accordingly
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- 1099 maintenance
- Assist with reception and customer service duties
- Assist with coverage of other accounting office duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications:

Outside Sales Representative

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to generate leads and drive sales. The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. Must also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business, and have excellent negotiation skills. Exceptional Outside Sales Representatives should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
Duties:
